2009 Holiday Tree of Tribute

Remember your friends and loved ones with a very special gift.  We will either send a candle ornament to you or the recipient of your choice, or place it on the Holiday Tree on the first floor of the Buhler Building (Sutter Cancer Center) during the month of December. Your tax-deductible gift will honor or memorialize a family member or friend and support hospital programs as designated by the Foundation Board of Trustees.

A GIFT OF $15 FOR EACH PAPER CANDLE ORNAMENT
Display the paper ornament at home, place it on the Holiday Tree yourself, or we will hang it on the tree for you.

A GIFT OF $100 FOR EACH BRASS CANDLE ORNAMENT
An engraved brass ornament will be sent to you, the recipient of your choice, or placed on the Holiday Tree.

A GIFT OF $2,500 OR MORE (CORNERSTONE GOLD)
The name of the person you wish to memorialize will be displayed for year-round viewing on the permanent tribute wall across from the cafeteria at Sutter General Hospital.  In addition, an engraved brass candle ornament will be sent to you, the recipient of your choice, or placed on the Holiday Tree.

	Tree lighting Celebration Tuesday, December 1, 2009 4:30 p.m. Reception 5:15 p.m. Program Buhler Building Lobby (Sutter Cancer Center) 2800 L Street, Sacramento light refreshments will be served

We also will unveil a commemorative sculpture in remembrance of Richard Buhler for his extraordinary dedication and leadership to Sutter Health.  Please join us as we celebrate this special occasion with music, food and friends!

Gifts may be made throughout the holiday season.  You may print and mail a Tree of Tribute donation form or give now online. When you give online, please let us know, in the comments of the payment section, if you wish for us to place the ornament on the tree for you, or to whom to send it.
